Milfred Meanswell is the mayor of LazyTown. While he strives to do his best, he often finds himself overwhelmed. He also does most of the work around the town because the residents are too lazy to do it, and because Ms. Busybody tells him to. A bit flaky, he tries his best to do what's right for LazyTown.

The Mayor is Stephanie's uncle, and she stays with him while she visits LazyTown. He is quite fond of Ms. Busybody, and let's her boss him around.
